As you may (or may not) know, Whitney is a musician…went to school for Music Entertainment Industry and has been in many bands and on several tours. Well then I came along and his focus started shifting more towards me and less towards music…not that I’m complaining! 🙂 But I’ve really been pushing him to get back into the music scene and start trying to pursue it as a career and not just a hobby. I believe in him so much and I always tell him that if God gave him this awesome talent he should make good use of it. He’s the type of musician that doesn’t even try and music just pours out. He’ll wake up some mornings and sit up and say “I have a new song, I heard it in my sleep last night”. And then he sits down and out it comes. So I started filming him to help keep his thoughts and songs organized and together (I went to school for Management and Marketing if you can’t tell haha). I’m hoping that this will be the kick start of something great and maybe help to give him some type of direction for his music.
So this particular piece of music you’re about to hear would be for a film score….the breath and life of a movie. What is a movie without the music evoking the emotion? Everything was shot in our house on our piano so sorry for the not so great audio feed on this. We’re hoping to do a real recording of it in the near future, but couldn’t wait that long to share it with you guys. Hope you like it!
