Hello Friends!
Today’s post is on a wonderful couple “Ann & Jeff”. We met them outside Hartley Botanica a little past Santa Barbara California, which a super cool garden in the middle of loads of vineyard fields, around the San Gabriel mountains….Amazing….here’s 3 fun facts about the day, first, We flew in to California and got there and to the hotel by 3am, then slept for 4 hours, got up and headed to the shoot at 9am..Second, Ann did roughly the same, but she was at her bachelorette party in LA. Finally, Whitney (me) had a bit of a run in with a parrot at the garden. It talks which was cool of course, so we thought we’d all go check it out and maybe take some pictures with it. Everything was going fine and the parrot would say “Hello” and other random cute parot type words, then…AHHHHH it screams like a child being murdered next to your eardrums and scared me so bad I sceam like a girl and almost drop my camera to run away…Nothing like a non-manly moment to impress a new couple we’re to hang out with all weekend, haha. Anyway, after the scare we walked around and hung out until the sun was to high, then had lunch with Ann and Jeff at a awesome brunch place down the road, a great start to our trip, and new friendship 🙂
