Hello there! Hope everyone had a fabulous weekend! Whitney and I sure did…spent Friday, Saturday and Sunday running, biking, and jogging all over Huntsville. We normally aren’t THAT active, but this was my birthday weekend and with all of the food and cake that we ate we had to run to off set it haha! Let’s see…my favorite birthday treat yet was a peanut butter cookie cake covered in icing! If you haven’t tried it you should order one right now…it beats out the traditional chocolate chip cookie cake by a mile. Anyways, meet Ericka! I’ve known her for many years now…ever since she was a young girl, and now she’s a high school senior! Uggggh! Makes me feel so old! She actually already graduated (a semester early!) and is already working hard! What a pretty girl she is!
