Julie & Chris – Santa Barbara, California – Vintage Wedding Photography

Hey There Friends!!

Boy oh boy, we thought we loved Santa Barbara before. Safe to say we are addicted/in love after we meet Julie and Chris and got to spend the day with them at their Vintage inspired wedding at the Santa Barbara Women’s Club. If you missed our post from last summer on our day trip there while on “wedding tour” check’er out HERE.

Her flowers by “Lilies of the Field”  were A.MAZ.ING!! and we loved all the details of course both the locations they had chosen were Perfect. The Santa Barbara Women’s Club is on top of the hill behind the other awesome location “the Mission” where they had there “moment”. The Women’s Club had this cool stage with high school style curtains that matched the other 3 entrances, perfect for their grand entrance and stage for 1st dance! not to mention great little details everywhere on the property.

Hope you guys dig the photos as much as we did taking them!

Allison & Ben – a Swiss Groom, Southern Bride – Vintage Wedding Photography

Allison and Ben have an amazing story behind their day…Ending with a elegant southern vintage wedding on the bluffs of northeast alabama. But, most interestingly after it all started with a chance meeting in an airport in AZ a while back….
Ben is from Switzerland and happened to be on the same flight to Birmingham, AL with his at the time totally unsuspecting future wife from Arab, AL. Their love story bloomed, romance began and their God driven futures and inevitable wedding happened on a warm day in March…CRAZY AWESOME HUH!

Their wedding was at Gorham’s Bluff in Pisgah, AL. which is a tiny preserved township on the top of a mountian in the middle of nowhere..Awesome! and they have a chief on hand that not only had amazing catering at the reception but fixes your breakfast in the morning!! We loved her simple lace grown, his James Bond style tux and the mixed cultures of Swiss and Southern everywhere:)
Even with less than ideal weather moving the ceremony indoors at the last minute (literally) it was a very inspiring and magical wedding that we are so happy to have captured for them. Hope you fine folks dig it too!

Thanks, and posting more soon!!:D
